The on sale date for Total Evolution, Total Impreza and Total Nissan Mar-Apr 2010 issues is 4th March 2010.

Subscriber copies will be posted from our office by 2nd class post on the 25th February. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

The on sale date for Total Evolution, Total Impreza and Total Nissan Jan-Feb 2010 issues is 17th December 2009.
Subscriber copies will be posted from our office by 1st class post on the 10th & 11th December. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

As a result of the announced Nationwide strikes on 22nd & 23rd October, we are announcing dates for posting of subscriber copies.
Evolution - On sale 15th October - Subscriber copies posted 16th October
Nissan - On sale 22nd October - Subscriber copies posted 19th October
Evolution - On sale 29th October - Subscriber copies posted 19th October
As a result of bringing all the magazines forward to accommodate the strikes, Evolution subscriber copies are being sent out at the same time as the on-sale date. Nissan is on schedule and Impreza copies being sent early to subscribers.
We hope you will understand that we are trying to minimize any impact to our subscribers with these strikes.

Total Impreza Sep-Oct 09 issue - subscriber copies were sent out 4th and 7th Sept 09. You should allow 6-7 working days for this to arrive but usually takes no more than 3 days. On sale date is 3rd September.

MAIL STRIKES - There have been a series of mail strikes across the UK with very recent strikes at our local sorting offices in Livingston and Edinburgh. All subscriber copies and back issues have been posted but delays are extremely likely while the strikes are ongoing and also while Royal mail sort and deliver the back-log of mail that has accumulated as a result. This matter is outwith our control but please be assured that all items to date have been sent.

Total Nissan Sep-Oct 09 issue - subscriber copies will be sent out 24th August 09. You should allow 6-7 working days for this to arrive but usually takes no more than 3 days. On sale date is 27th August.

Subscription price changes  In line with new Royal Mail price increases, subscriptions have risen slightly in cost. A 6 issue subscription now costs £23.00 which is a saving of £4 on buying individually and includes postage. Subscribers receive their copy a week before they go on sale.

We recently wrote to all subscribers to advise of a few important changes.
Total Impreza, as you are aware, we had made the decision to take the title monthly. For various contractual reasons with our distributor this change is not feasible at this time. We must therefore make the decision to take the title bi-monthly from Mar/Apr 09. Subscribers who paid for 12 issues will still get 12 issues, the subscription will simply run for a longer period. As soon as we can, we will revert to monthly and we will notify subscribers at that time. When this happens, subscriptions will revert back and again, you will still receive the subscribed number of issues. If you have any queries I would urge you to get in touch with us. Please call 01506 530496 and ask for Lesley or Stuart.
Total Evolution & Total Nissan, the change is minor. To keep in line with other magazines, our distributors need us to change the name of the issues ie the Apr/May issue is now Mar/Apr etc. There is no change to the number if issues being published.

ALL binders pre-ordered before 12th February will be shipped, via 2nd class recorded delivery on Friday 13th February. You should allow 4-5 working days for these to arrive with you

Claims for Non-receipt of magazines must be with us within 14 days from the date they are posted to subscribers otherwise replacements cannot be sent. Please do allow the necessary 6-7 working days for the magazine to arrive however. During times of strikes, sever weather etc, your magazine may take a little longer to arrive.
